Job Summary

Own system-level translation of customer needs into next-generation precision ADC product definitions. Deeply analyze the full analog signal chain (sensors, amplifiers, references, ADCs, and digital interfaces) to drive detailed product specifications, architectures, and roadmaps. Partner cross-functionally across design, applications, test, marketing, and sales to assess IC tradeoffs, execute through RTM, and serve as a technical expert during ramp-up and volume production.

Key Responsibilities

•Translate customer system-level needs into next-generation ADC product definitions, specifications, and system architectures.
•Identify technical challenges across the full analog signal chain and analyze end-equipment across datacenter, automotive, and industrial markets.
•Develop short- and long-term product roadmaps grounded in system-level insights, market trends, and customer engagement.
•Assess and negotiate IC development tradeoffs with design teams and customers across performance, power, area, and cost.
•Drive execution from initial concept through RTM and serve as a technical expert during product ramp-up and volume production.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
•5+ years of experience in systems engineering, applications engineering, or analog/mixed-signal IC design.
•Hands-on experience with analog signal chains, including ADCs, amplifiers, voltage references, or related components.
•Experience developing differentiated product roadmaps tied to market and customer insights.
•Strong understanding of analog and mixed-signal IC specifications and their system-level implications.
