Manager & Counsel

Provide legal support and strategic advice to business clients across multiple UK and EMEA business units, with a focus on Global Commercial Services and Foreign Currency Solutions. Draft and negotiate a range of international commercial agreements, support strategic marketing initiatives, and advise on acquisitions, alliances, and other transactions. Help ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, manage legal risk, monitor relevant EMEA legislative developments, and oversee external counsel spend.
