Hatchery Sanitation Tech - 2nd shift

Clean and sanitize assigned hatchery areas and machinery, ensuring gaskets and other parts are maintained or replaced as needed. Tear down equipment at the start of cleanup, support setup ahead of production, and manage cleaning solutions and chemicals. Work closely with supervisors, area leaders, and the Sanitation Manager, following safety policies, PPE requirements, and standard operating procedures while meeting physical demands of the role.
