Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide administrative support to EMG leaders by managing schedules/calendars, emails, call routing, and ensuring appropriate record retention.
  • •Collaborate with EMG to understand, prioritize, and organize daily activities to meet deadlines and EMG goals.
  • •Prepare/update presentations and draft internal communications and correspondence on behalf of leaders with appropriate confidentiality.
  • •Monitor leader calendars to coordinate meetings; create agendas, take minutes, document follow-up action items, and ensure meeting purposes.
  • •Manage travel and expense reporting, maintain office supply inventory, and maintain filing systems and generate reports as requested.

Key Requirements
