Job Summary

Guide Docusign partners in building, scaling, and maturing profitable services practices across Asia. You’ll help partners develop implementation, integration, and managed services offerings; define delivery methodologies and quality standards; and build partner delivery capabilities through enablement plans and training. You’ll also support partner business planning and services economics, run periodic project reviews for governance and continuous improvement, and provide insights to regional leadership on performance and capability gaps.

Key Responsibilities

•Guide partners in building and scaling profitable services practices around Docusign solutions, including implementation, integration, and managed services offerings.
•Collaborate with partners to define services portfolios, service catalogs, and packaging aligned to customer needs and go-to-market priorities.
•Support partners in developing internal delivery capabilities (hiring plans, role definitions, training paths, competency frameworks).
•Design and promote standardized delivery methodologies and quality standards, including governance and best practices.
•Develop enablement plans and deliver training (implementation best practices, integration patterns, security/compliance considerations, and customer adoption), and review partner-led projects for continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
•6+ years of experience in partner management, channel development, or business development, preferably in the technology sector.
•Deep understanding of SaaS business models, partner economics, and channel incentive structures.
•Proven track record building or scaling services practices (implementation, integration, managed services) through partners or consulting firms.
•Experience with eSignature, IAM, or adjacent security/enterprise platforms is highly desirable.
