Job Summary

Perform KYC operations for Wealth and Premier Banking customers by conducting customer due diligence (CDD) and QC/QA reviews. Research customer information and contact customers as needed to complete investigations. Collaborate with compliance functions on AML and sanctions, ensuring KYC profiles are accurate for timely sign-off and suspicious transactions are promptly escalated while delivering fair customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide service to amend, cancel, or close existing customer accounts/products/services with low to medium complexity within service level agreements.
•Own CDD analyst work and QC/QA for WPB customers.
•Research customer information and contact customers by mail/phone where applicable.
•Collaborate with BFCR and compliance functions for CDD, AML, and sanctions; escalate pending and ageing profiles.
•Ensure KYC profiles are error-free for RM sign-off and support KYC Ops requirements, including evaluating impact of new requirements and handling escalations/complaints appropriately.

Key Requirements

•Experience in banking.
•Good knowledge of the products, systems, and applications used in the operational environment.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Vietnamese and English.
•Ability to prioritize and organize workload, multi-task, adapt quickly to change, and deliver under deadline pressure.
•Ability to apply critical thinking and judgment to follow KYC processes and procedures and interpret regulatory guideline changes.
