Job Summary

Build AI-native systems for a mobile-first AI Neobank app, turning manual workflows into production-ready automation. You’ll design AI-powered assistants, agents, and integrations with LLMs and internal data, covering end-to-end areas like support, CRM, onboarding, claims, renewals, and payments. Partner with product and engineering teams to evaluate model quality, latency, cost, privacy, and failure modes, then prototype quickly, test with users/operators, and ship what works.

Key Responsibilities

•Build AI-powered workflows, assistants, agents, and automation systems.
•Apply AI across customer support, CRM, onboarding, claims, renewals, payments, operations, and internal tools.
•Integrate LLMs with internal data, APIs, documents, knowledge bases, and business systems.
•Design evaluation, monitoring, and fallback flows so AI outputs are useful, safe, and reliable.
•Prototype quickly, test with users/operators, then productionize and improve speed, quality, and consistency.

Key Requirements

•Strong software engineering foundation, preferably with Python and backend systems.
•Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs, agents, RAG, workflow automation, or AI tools.
•Connect AI systems to real product, data, and operational workflows.
•Use good judgement on where AI helps versus where rule-based systems or human review are better.
•Understand evaluation, accuracy, latency, cost, privacy, and failure modes.
