Key Responsibilities

  • •Verify site grading, excavation, filling, compaction, and soil-improvement works.
  • •Supervise pile, raft, isolated, machine and equipment foundations.
  • •Monitor construction progress for converter hall, valve hall, control building, relay room and auxiliary buildings, including inspections of reinforcement, formwork, embedded items, anchor bolts, inserts and concrete works.
  • •Coordinate civil interfaces with electrical, mechanical, HVAC, fire-protection and cable-routing requirements; support RFIs/NCRs and civil handover with as-built verification and punch-list close-out.
