Job Summary

Analyze and improve business processes for the Consumer Packaging organization across supply chain, commercial operations, and route-to-market execution, including van-sales, pre-sales, delivery, merchandising, and route optimization. Support digital transformation by translating requirements into system solutions and enabling end-to-end integration across planning, production, warehousing, and field execution. Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Plant Operations, and IT while driving ERP (D365 F&O) and related tools adoption through requirement gathering, process mapping, UAT, master data support, and change enablement.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze and improve business processes across supply chain, commercial operations, and route-to-market execution (van-sales, pre-sales, delivery, merchandising, route optimization).
•Support digital transformation by translating business requirements into system solutions and improving end-to-end processes.
•Assist implementation and optimization of ERP (D365 F&O), warehouse management, van-sales solutions, merchandising applications, field service tools, and mobile-enabled route planning platforms.
•Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Plant Operations, and IT to enhance operational efficiency, customer service, sales execution, and data-driven decision-making.
•Enable accurate inventory visibility, optimal route productivity, trade execution excellence, and real-time performance monitoring across the distribution network.

Key Requirements

•Hands-on business process analysis experience in FMCG/consumer packaging environments.
•Strong requirement gathering and process mapping skills to translate business needs into system solutions.
•Experience executing UAT and supporting master data to enable successful system adoption.
•Change enablement experience to drive continuous improvement in route-to-market operations.
•Ability to integrate and optimize processes across planning, production, warehousing, and field execution activities.
