Key Responsibilities

  • •Efficiently and accurately perform teller functions, including processing deposits and withdrawals and posting to general ledger accounts.
  • •Cash checks and negotiable instruments; process loan payments, savings bonds, cashier’s checks, and credit card cash advances.
  • •Examine documents for endorsements and negotiability; process transfers between accounts and related teller transactions.
  • •Verify and balance cash daily, detect discrepancies, and resolve discrepancies promptly while following security and compliance requirements.
  • •Provide excellent customer service by representing the bank professionally, resolving client requests/inquiries, maintaining customer privacy, and cross-selling bank products and services.

Key Requirements
