Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain HVAC systems inside and out for plant and associated buildings in line with equipment strategies and manufacturers’ recommendations.
  • •Troubleshoot, repair, and manage execution/preparation of onsite work to ensure correct implementation.
  • •Monitor and manage inventory for HVAC systems to ensure reliability.
  • •Steward and implement safe work practices, including compliance with working-at-heights and scaffolding guidelines.
  • •Manage onsite sub-contractors when required to execute work.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years’ experience in HVAC (domestic and predominantly industrial).
  • •Maintain and execute HVAC work in heavy industrial facilities/refineries, including troubleshooting and repair.
  • •Cert III Refrigeration / Air Conditioning and Electrotechnology (or equivalent trade qualification).
  • •Full Refrigerant Handling Licence and Restricted Qld Electrical Licence.
  • •Existing EWP, Working at Heights, and Confined Space accreditation preferred, plus a valid Drivers’ Licence.
