Key Responsibilities

  • •Advertise and promote GREWE facilities services within defined locations, responding to changing customer needs while following GREWE and American Express policy and scope.
  • •Serve as the escalation point for internal customers across third-party service delivery operational aspects.
  • •Collaborate with regional and global GREWE functions and partners (including security, medical, and technology teams) to deliver a seamless workplace experience.
  • •Manage vendor performance by establishing, monitoring, reporting, and managing SLAs and KPIs, and supporting RFPs, statements of work, amendments, and commercial negotiations.
  • •Maintain safety and regulatory compliance through risk registers and Business Continuity Plan oversight, including validation of third-party partners’ continuity effectiveness.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5+ years of facilities management experience with a real estate service provider or global firm.
  • •Engineering qualification and/or facilities service management credential (IFMA or IWFM); undergraduate degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or related field preferred.
  • •Comprehensive knowledge of regulations and laws across electrical, mechanical, maintenance, food services, environmental, and safety codes and systems.
  • •Experience leading outsourced third-party teams in a matrix environment and managing facilities services.
  • •Demonstrated experience managing capital and operating budgets, including forecasting and analysis of risks and opportunities.
