Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee multiple project sites with appropriate resource planning to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.
  • •Manage third-party design efforts and lead project/program management for multi-asset facility projects (budget, schedule, procurement, quality, risk).
  • •Build and maintain close client relationships to deliver against expectations and identify opportunities to improve the program.
  • •Prepare scope of work, delivery resource requirements, cost estimates and budgets, work plan schedules, quality control, and risk identification.
  • •Support construction/renovation teams by ensuring safety requirements, operations policies, and procedures are understood and implemented, including training and mentoring junior staff.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 140,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS/BEng/BArch) or five years of experience in lieu of a degree.
  • •Minimum of 4 years of experience (5 years preferred) in a project management role for real estate industrial construction projects.
  • •Experience with industrial real estate projects including MEP and HVAC with strong safety programs.
  • •Valid driver’s license is required.
  • •Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
