Drive profitable business development and manage the quality of a large commercial portfolio within a geographic area. Key Responsibilities

•Identify and develop profitable new “lead left” client relationships using centers of influence, existing clients, and referrals.
•Coordinate One Bank partners to create and implement relationship strategies for complex assigned clients and prospects.
•Meet with customers regularly to strengthen trusted-advisor relationships and ensure business needs are met.
•Lead client-facing activities, including credit support, treasury management, and capital markets, using consultative selling practices.
•Analyze financial information for credit requests and monitor client financial performance and industry trends to manage risk and pricing.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 121,900 - 262,100 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business (Business Administration, Finance, Accounting) or equivalent work experience preferred.
•Minimum of 10 years of commercial banking experience.
•Formalized commercial credit training or equivalent credit experience required.
•Strong business acumen, including detailed analysis and review of financial statements and accounting principles.
•Thorough knowledge of commercial, treasury management, and alternative lending/financing options.
