Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute installation, extraction, and commissioning of ESP systems following Baker Hughes procedures and standards.
  • •Lead field operations to ensure compliance with quality, occupational safety and health, and environmental requirements.
  • •Represent Baker Hughes on the well location by coordinating work with contractors, rig personnel, operators, and client representatives.
  • •Diagnose ESP performance in surface and downhole, providing technical recommendations to correct faults and optimize operation.
  • •Perform ESP cabling activities (integrity inspection, splices, repairs, MLE connections, and surface head connections) and deliver technical reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Be professional in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related fields.
  • •Hold a valid CONTE certification.
  • •Have at least 5 years of experience in Electric Submersible Pump (ESP) operations in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • •Demonstrate experience with installation, extraction, diagnosis, and commissioning of ESP systems.
  • •Have hands-on experience with Magnetic Induction (IM) and Permanent Magnet (PMM) motors, including surface and downhole diagnostics.
