Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the enterprise framework for how the organization governs and improves project delivery performance across the full project lifecycle.
  • •Establish and continuously improve project delivery governance and standards, including policies, tools, best practices, and lessons learned guidance.
  • •Drive commercial excellence and risk management, including pricing discipline, contract review governance, contingency management, and support for claims/dispute resolution.
  • •Oversee technical quality governance, including QA/QC frameworks, technical standards, independent reviews/audits, and client expectation and satisfaction feedback mechanisms.
  • •Develop and evolve project controls, tools, and performance reporting (including integration with ERP and Horizon), and lead project manager/project director onboarding and capability development.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, construction management, finance, or a related field.
  • •17+ years of experience in project delivery, operations, commercial management, risk management, project controls, or enterprise delivery leadership.
  • •Demonstrated experience leading project delivery governance across a large, complex, matrixed organization.
  • •Strong understanding of project economics including revenue, margin, pricing, risk, EAC, forecasting, earned value, and delivery performance.
  • •Strong commercial judgment including contract review, risk allocation, change management, claims, disputes, contingency, and Work at Risk decisions.
