Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead cross-functional projects to optimize warehouse and material providing processes, including outsourcing warehouse operations to 3PL/4PL partners.
  • •Define and implement warehouse strategy supporting growth and scalability, including onboarding and managing external warehouse partners and transition from in-house to outsourced setups.
  • •Optimize material providing processes (inbound, storage, picking, line-feeding) to ensure timely and accurate delivery to production lines.
  • •Drive Lean, automation, and digitalization initiatives; analyze current logistics/warehouse processes and implement improvements.
  • •Define and monitor KPIs and manage SLA performance; support systems integration and data accuracy across warehouse and production/supply chain systems (e.g., WMS, SAP).

Key Requirements

  • •Several years of experience in project management.
  • •Preferably experience with outsourcing and procurement management.
  • •Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate science field.
  • •Strong project management skills and tools.
