Key Responsibilities

  • •Recognize Foundation Members, Live Nation Executives, and VIPs to enhance appreciation and membership experience.
  • •Serve as an information and assistance resource for members regarding the Foundation Room and House of Blues experience, including reservation timing.
  • •Ensure guest safety by removing hazards, preventing and resolving altercations, and leading others in emergency evacuation procedures.
  • •Inspect guests with a metal detector or pat-down search to prevent weapons/harmful items from entering the venue.
  • •Communicate during the shift using radios, hand signals, and flashlights; set up the area and keep interior/exterior clear and safe.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 16 - 20 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training certification (or equivalent), per license/certification requirement.
  • •3 years of work experience interacting with people in a positive environment.
  • •Read, write, and speak English fluently.
  • •Ability to lift or move up to 25 lbs using proper lifting techniques.
