Develop and deliver engaging communications for the driver community, ensuring key messages land clearly across in-app and out-app channels. Plan and execute driver care, engagement, and incentive initiatives while building strong driver relationships and promoting morale. Monitor and optimize communication effectiveness using analytics, manage high-accuracy internal/external messaging, and create driver training materials and community insights to improve driver experience and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop, plan, and execute driver care, engagement, and incentive initiatives to grow the driver community and improve operational performance.
•Build strong relationships with drivers, communicate new policies, and promote driver engagement and morale.
•Monitor, analyze, and optimize initiative effectiveness using participation rate, cost efficiency, and operational impact metrics.
•Create and deliver clear content to address driver issues across channels such as blog, in-app, and social media.
•Develop driver training materials (offline and online) and manage partnerships related to drivers’ benefits and programs.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Marketing Communication.
•Minimum 2 years of experience in a content marketing or communications role.
•Experience in content writing and circulation, including in-app communications, WhatsApp communications, and SMS.
•Familiarity with tools/platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
•Good command of English and a proactive, detail-oriented approach with strong communication skills.
