Job Summary

Own sourcing for multiple categories of spend, improving procurement processes to support timely delivery of materials and services. Manage supplier relationships by forecasting price and market trends, developing supplier databases, issuing RFQs, analyzing quotes, and negotiating supply agreements, frame contracts, and rate cards. Lead spend optimization through reviews of purchasing methodology, market research, supplier performance evaluation, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage purchasing information and systems and review commodity strategy with management.
•Forecast price and market trends and monitor/demand levels to support procurement planning.
•Identify and onboard potential suppliers, maintain supplier databases, and negotiate supply agreements including discounts and volume rebates.
•Send RFQs, collect and analyze quotes, prepare comparisons, and finalize vendor selections and contract agreements (e.g., LTPA, subcontracts, AMC).
•Continuously improve the procurement function through market research, supplier performance evaluation, and spend optimization reporting.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree.
•8-10 years of experience in procurement.
•Good negotiation skills and vendor management experience.
•Knowledge of ERP systems such as Procurement FMS, Xpedeon System, and D365.
•Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
