Lead and coordinate communications and public involvement for large infrastructure projects across the Virginia/WV region, developing outreach strategies, crafting messages, managing public meetings, and producing news releases, fact sheets, and social media content to educate and engage diverse communities. Collaborate with project teams and clients, monitor media coverage, respond to inquiries, and mentor junior staff to ensure consistent, clear, and timely public information.
