  • •Lead and support a team of 16 product designers and researchers across multiple products and vertical markets.
  • •Establish and maintain clear expectations and standards for quality, collaboration, communication, and delivery across the design organization.
  • •Protect time for generative and evaluative research and solution refinement while balancing timelines and priorities.
  • •Partner with senior leadership to align product experience strategy and success metrics with business objectives and organizational goals.
  • •Mentor and coach designers and researchers, and drive continuous improvement in design culture, operational maturity, and product experience quality.

Salary: USD 136,100 - 252,800 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or UX Research with multiple years of people leadership experience.
  • •Deep experience leading and growing Product Design or UX Research/Design teams in product-driven organizations.
  • •Strong stakeholder management skills influencing senior leadership across product, technology, analytics, and business organizations.
  • •Ability to balance team autonomy with accountability to quality, consistency, delivery expectations, and business outcomes.
