Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects, covering planning through closeout.
  • •Prepare client-facing project elements including scope of work, delivery resourcing, cost estimates/budget, work plans, schedules, milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
  • •Run or support procurement activities such as requests for proposals, bid evaluations, and resource recommendations.
  • •Implement project documentation governance and ensure project data integrity, accuracy, timeliness, and coordination.
  • •Direct the project delivery team, create action plans to meet objectives/budget/schedule, track progress and variances, and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •5-8 years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of experience and education) with a Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • •In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • •Ability to exercise judgment using analysis of multiple sources of information.
  • •Organizational skills with an advanced, inquisitive mindset.
  • •Sophisticated math skills to calculate mildly complex figures, including percentages, fractions, and financial-related calculations.
