Key Responsibilities

  • •Optimize and improve semiconductor front-end process conditions (Diffusion, Implantation, Photo, Etch, CVD, PVD) to improve quality, productivity, yield, and cost competitiveness.
  • •Develop and ramp up next-generation power semiconductor processes such as GaN in collaboration with design and development teams.
  • •Use SPC and data analysis to identify process issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and drive improvement activities based on hypotheses.
  • •Plan and execute experiments for new conditions or new processes, including evaluation, results analysis, and report preparation.
  • •Collaborate across stakeholders (manufacturing, design, development, equipment, and materials) to establish technologies for production introduction.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on experience in semiconductor-related processes for front-end or semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
  • •Experience in problem analysis, evaluation, and improvement within manufacturing processes.
  • •Foundational knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and data-driven problem solving.
  • •Ability to drive technical issues end-to-end: issue structuring, hypothesis creation, experiment planning, results analysis, and reporting.
  • •Knowledge or experience with process technologies such as Diffusion, Implantation, Photo, Etch, CVD, or PVD.
