Job Summary

Lead end-to-end materials planning on the Supply Chain team to ensure raw material availability for core products and new launches. Own the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) process, oversee demand and forecasting, and optimize inventory through digital transformation. Partner across Operations, Finance, Quality, procurement, manufacturing, and co-packers to resolve disruptions, monitor KPIs (OTIF and quality), drive cost savings, and develop a planning/logistics team of four.

Key Responsibilities

•Direct long-term and short-term manufacturing and supply/inventory plans aligned with business requirements.
•Oversee raw material demand forecasting to support procurement and inventory optimization and drive forecast accuracy.
•Manage end-to-end supply chain for raw materials and packaging, addressing production, quality, warehousing, and transportation issues.
•Continuously optimize the MRP process in partnership with Finance, accounting for production needs, obsolescence risks, and cost-savings opportunities.
•Lead monthly performance reviews, monitor KPIs like OTIF and quality, and develop and lead the planning and logistics team of four.

Travel: High travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 145,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7-10+ years of progressively responsible experience in supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing planning, ideally in FMCG or food processing.
•Strong problem-solving, team leadership, and communication skills to navigate complex supply chain disruptions.
•Experience leading and optimizing an MRP/materials planning process with strong ownership and attention to detail.
•Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration across Operations, Finance, Quality, procurement, manufacturing teams, and co-packers.
•Experience implementing AI and automation tools; Six Sigma Lean preferred.
