Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain a strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experience.
  • •Serve as a brand ambassador for Coach values and increase brand awareness by leading implementation of company initiatives.
  • •Create and mentor a customer-centric culture using clienteling strategy to build long-term customer relationships.
  • •Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, make recommendations to enhance store performance, and support individualized team development.
  • •Support the store with recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, high-level training, and provide HR and conflict resolution support in absence of leadership.
