Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Management Method efforts as a business partner with each Pillar owner to reinforce safety and drive continuous improvement.
  • •Identify and assess KPI gaps and lead operational excellence projects using Operational Excellence methodologies.
  • •Develop and manage process improvements targeting efficiency, cost reduction, variation reduction, flow optimization, and performance gains.
  • •Co-own Management Pillar implementation by teaching tools, training personnel, and continuously improving materials for the location.
  • •Update and analyze key metrics, lead self-assessments, and train process owners for ongoing control as new processes are implemented.

Key Requirements
