Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide full-spectrum birth and postpartum doula care to insured families.
  • •Complete the interest form to move forward in the Loula partnership process.
  • •Maintain required training/credentials (CPR, HIPAA) and liability insurance to qualify as a provider.
  • •Build and run your own doula practice within Loula’s independent, non-exclusive network.
  • •Work with Loula’s support services for credentialing, insurance verification, billing, and payment while focusing on client care.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100 - 134 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Complete 16 hours of birth doula training and attend 3 births as a doula, OR have 5 years of doula experience with 3 letters of recommendation.
  • •Adult and infant CPR training.
  • •HIPAA training.
  • •Liability insurance.
