Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up, operate, and/or maintain the mobile shear while complying with company H&S standards.
  • •Operate power equipment to lift, move, and shear metal loads and avoid hazards or obstructions.
  • •Inspect completed materials for defects and ensure they meet established specifications.
  • •Install, align, and lock blades and other parts/fixtures; perform cleanup and report equipment deficiencies or malfunctions.
  • •Support internal controls by communicating noncompliance/code of conduct issues or policy violations and coordinate yard activities with the crew.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma, GED certification, or experience in a similar role preferred.
