Vice President, Product Design & Research

Direct and manage a global product design and research organization to deliver cohesive, end-to-end customer experiences. Define and champion a unified experiential design vision, partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing leaders, and lead design across UX, UI, interaction, content, and visual design. Build scalable design systems, drive design strategy for next-generation AI interfaces and workflows, and measure impact on adoption, conversion, retention, and satisfaction while recruiting and mentoring design leaders.
