Key Responsibilities

•Lead complex site investigation and remediation projects, ensuring performance on scope, schedule, and budget.
•Provide senior-level technical oversight for remedial design, implementation, and optimization.
•Drive proposal development, including scoping, pricing, and technical approach.
•Mentor and develop staff, fostering a culture of technical excellence, accountability, and growth.
•Collaborate across disciplines to deliver integrated, future-ready solutions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical Engineering, or related field; 10+ years of experience in environmental consulting, including project delivery and business development; Professional Engineer (PE) license (North Carolina preferred or ability to obtain); Demonstrated success leading client relationships and generating revenue in the local/regional market; Extensive experience with soil and groundwater investigation and remediation, including contaminants such as petroleum hydrocarbons, metals, chlorinated solvents, PCBs, and/or PFAS.
