VP, Underwriter - Asset-Based Lending (ABL)

Independently structure and evaluate complex asset-based lending and other credit requests, performing in-depth credit analysis, risk assessment, and collateral/borrowing-base review. Monitor existing credit relationships for covenant compliance, collateral coverage, and credit deterioration, including annual loan reviews and risk rating updates. Prepare Credit Approval Memorandums for Credit Administration, oversee LOI/CAM consistency, and mentor junior underwriters while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and bank policies.
