Key Responsibilities

  • •Take new bets from zero to one by framing the customer problem, sizing the opportunity, running lean discovery/validation experiments and pilots, and recommending go/no-go decisions.
  • •Lead build-vs-buy-vs-partner decisions by evaluating embedded finance, banking-as-a-service, insurance, and lending partners on capabilities, economics, risk, and customer experience.
  • •Ship and scale first versions of new financial products by defining the MVP, sequencing the roadmap, and iterating quickly from customer and market feedback.
  • •Partner deeply with Design, Engineering, Data, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and GTM to navigate regulatory and operational realities.
  • •Use qualitative and quantitative insights (including unit economics, adoption signals, and risk performance) to shape investment decisions and elevate product thinking across the fintech group.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive product management experience taking new products from concept to launch, ideally including at least one financial product with meaningful revenue accountability.
  • •Experience operating at staff or principal level, defining strategy across ambiguous problem spaces and influencing without authority.
  • •Deep familiarity with fintech products such as card issuing, spend management, business banking, insurance, or lending, including partner/risk/compliance ecosystems.
  • •Exceptional product sense and commercial rigor, including pressure-testing unit economics and business cases.
  • •A bias for validated learning, with the ability to de-risk bets cheaply and decide when to double down or walk away.
