Install, service, and troubleshoot Vivint smart home technology while delivering a consultative customer experience. Key Responsibilities

•Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
•Evaluate customer homes and recommend/sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site.
•Train homeowners on how to use their new system to protect their families.
•Conduct safety analysis of every home to ensure a safe workplace for technicians and customers.
•Participate in coaching and leadership training to move up within the national organization.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 24.46 - 27.78 hourly

Key Requirements

•A valid driver’s license and ability to pass post-offer background investigation and applicable licensing requirements.
•Ability to lift and carry up to 45 lbs.

•Experience in retail, B2C sales, insurance, or service-based sales is a major plus.
•Experience with cable/satellite install, pest control, construction, or solar is helpful but not required.
