Own HRMS implementation across Apparel Group, and improve configuration and customizations to match business requirements. Support HRMS software development, ensure employee and organization data accuracy through reviews and audits, and maintain internal workflow mappings. Collaborate with related HRMS users (Payroll, Accounting, Projects, etc.), update employee information and documents directly in HRMS, provide access details to employees, prepare reports, and handle employee HRMS queries.
