Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead enterprise architecture strategy and roadmap definition, translating SAP’s autonomous enterprise vision into value-driven guidance.
  • •Partner with CIOs and senior IT leaders on RISE-led customer transformations and align stakeholders around KPIs and success plans.
  • •Run process transformation discussions using Signavio inputs, drive value realization via agent-led toolchain adoption (CALM, LeanIX, Walkme, Signavio, Tricentis).
  • •Drive adoption of SAP Business AI Platform, including SAP BTP and related AI capabilities across S/4HANA and BTP, and build AI use case roadmaps aligned to business outcomes.
  • •Strengthen architecture standards by contributing to SAP architectural best practices and decision frameworks, and document patterns and lessons learned.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience and leadership in enterprise architecture or customer-facing transformation roles.
  • •Deep knowledge of SAP EA framework or TOGAF, including RISE with SAP and Clean Core principles.
  • •Experience driving AI-enabled transformations, including multi-agentic AI architecture and understanding of AI’s role in accelerating enterprise outcomes.
  • •Strong ability to bridge technical and business value, translating strategy drivers into measurable outcome realization.
  • •Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and complex hybrid landscapes, plus advisory/consulting and executive communication skills.
