Key Responsibilities

  • •Own cards billing and settlement domain strategy and cost ownership, including reducing scheme-related operational costs while maintaining on-time payout SLAs and internal controls.
  • •Build and run yearly roadmaps and team OKRs tied to billing and settlement performance and Product initiatives like country launches and new products.
  • •Be accountable for domain KPIs such as settlement payout SLA, billing reconciliation rate, cost per transaction, and avoidable cost reduction.
  • •Lead technical problem-solving by running root-cause analysis for settlement delays, payout discrepancies, billing issues, and control gaps, and driving scalable automation.
  • •Own audit, compliance, and control readiness by ensuring scheme mandates roll out properly, serving as the main POC for external auditors, and ensuring remediation actions are implemented timely.

Salary: EUR 3,450 - 4,500 monthly
