Prepare and maintain the dining hall before service, keeping it clean, organized, and hygienic. Support restaurant cleaning each morning, clean service utensils before service, and help with restaurant set-up and mise en place preparations. Transport food from the kitchen to the dining hall, assist with serving clients, refresh ashtrays and water during service, and clear tables and move dirty plates and glasses to the dishwashing area under the captain waiter’s guidance.
