Key Responsibilities

•Plan and execute field marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, pipeline creation, and opportunity acceleration.
•Execute regional events (trade shows, hosted experiences, webinars, sponsorships) aligned to regional priorities.
•Coordinate stakeholders across Field Marketing, East Sales, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Customer Marketing to ensure execution excellence.
•Manage event logistics including timelines, vendors, registration, attendee communications, on-site coordination, and follow-up.
•Track performance metrics (registrations, attendance, engagement, meetings, pipeline influence) and support budgets, invoices, and vendor management.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of B2B marketing or field/event marketing experience, including campaign execution or go-to-market program support.
•Strong experience planning and executing events and customer-facing initiatives in fast-paced environments.
•Experience supporting regional sales teams and managing multiple workstreams against deadlines.
•Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing to deliver aligned programs.
•Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent experience).
