•Capture business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for data and analytics teams.
•Evaluate business workflows to identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, or improved data integration.
•Draft user stories and acceptance criteria within an Agile framework for upcoming development cycles.
•Assist in designing source-to-target maps (STTM) and support development teams.
•Help design Power BI dashboards and conduct UAT to ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements.

Key Requirements

•Current undergraduate or graduate student in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
•Basic understanding of data concepts and an understanding of SQL.
•Strong critical thinking skills to simplify complex information.
•Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork abilities.
•Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
