Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate diligence and underwriting documentation for complex credit relationships; support credit presentation preparation and coordinate legal documentation through closing and funding.
  • •Ensure loan agreements align with approval documents by identifying documentation issues and addressing them with the Relationship Manager.
  • •Analyze financial statements and projections, documenting client performance and risk/risk mitigants for the most complex credits.
  • •Ensure credit process metrics are within prescribed tolerances; evaluate risk and compliance requirements and follow through on remediation.
  • •Serve as a client and internal point of contact for assigned portfolio, including potential site/client management visits, and support/mentor Credit Delivery Analysts and other Associates.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field (or equivalent education/work combination).
  • •2–4+ years of experience in commercial, corporate, leveraged, and/or investment banking or related credit-focused environment supporting underwriting and transaction execution.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills to document credit analyses, risks, and recommendations.
