Job Summary

Lead end-to-end deployments of ERP for the Retail domain within Hermes Data, Technology & Innovation. Drive multi-country rollout, coordinate cross-functional teams, define deployment plans and KPIs, and ensure high-quality testing and production readiness across international sites. You’ll partner with local and global teams to deliver secure, value-creating ERP solutions for the Retail segment.

•Pilot deployment waves: define and track deployment plans for successive waves

Key Requirements

•At least 7 years of experience in ERP deployment, ideally in an international context
•Significant experience in the retail sector
•Proven ability to coordinate complex, multi-stakeholder projects
•Rigour, autonomy and excellent interpersonal skills
•Ability to synthesize and present complex topics and fluent English (written and spoken)
