Senior Payroll Specialist

Own regional payroll operations by leading the payroll team, enforcing payroll cutoffs, and serving as final approval authority for standard pay runs. Step in as regional lead when needed and coordinate with Tax, Finance, and People Operations. Manage key payroll partners and SLAs while monitoring APAC legislation changes through to production. Lead audit walkthroughs, mitigate risks, and use root-cause analysis to resolve payroll discrepancies, while contributing to automation and expansion projects.
