Regional Sales Manager

Oversee and manage a regional sales team of Account Managers and Design Engineers to target new business opportunities. Drive annual sales quotas, forecasting, and field sales action plans, while establishing and adjusting selling prices. Serve as a business representative at major industry events and build strategies to keep the region competitive. Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate team performance, and travel to job sites as needed.
