Job Summary

Drive IET HQ strategy by leading high-impact strategic initiatives across the IET Business Segment and supporting long-term growth decisions. Provide unbiased strategic insight, market intelligence, and competitive analysis, and synthesize competitor, operational, innovation, and customer data into roadmaps for multiple business units. Partner with corporate functions, support leadership presentations, and develop threat identification and benchmarking analyses for executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead strategic initiatives across the IET Business Segment to support medium- and long-term plans.
•Develop strategic options and roadmaps by synthesizing competitor performance, operational performance, innovations, and customer intelligence.
•Support the strategic planning process (LRP) to keep it timely, focused, and value-added.
•Collaborate with Corporate HQ teams (including Growth & Experience, FP&A, Corporate Development, and Investor Relations) and support leadership presentations.
•Manage benchmarking analyses and develop strategic threat identification and evaluation processes.
