Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up and operate one or more varieties of roll threaders to meet print requirements under supervision.
  • •Maintain required quality levels by following SPC procedures and first-piece inspection requirements, and manage scrap/discrepant limits.
  • •Complete production prints and record date for SPC and IATF 16949 documentation.
  • •Perform preventive maintenance (e.g., oil changes and greasing), observe equipment operation, and report problems.
  • •Follow safety rules/OSHA requirements, clean machines after each order, and communicate necessary information during shift changes.
