Key Responsibilities

  • •Function as a Service Advisor and perform parts department duties including ordering, returns, and inventory management
  • •Work directly with clients to provide a high level of customer experience
  • •Effectively document all customer vehicle interactions using the appropriate software
  • •Maintain knowledge of High Voltage (HV), Low Voltage (LV), and general Electric Vehicle (EV) systems
  • •Travel within assigned territory to mobile service locations and support service centers as needed
