Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide subsea systems & facilities expertise to project and operations teams.
  • •Define subsea system architecture across battery limits, from wellhead through to export point.
  • •Develop and mature subsea field architecture concepts and subsea area layouts for infield locations and host facilities.
  • •Perform systems design activities in close collaboration with SPS, Subsea Structures, Risers and Flowline disciplines.
  • •Support mentoring of junior subsea systems and SURF engineers; contribute to risk workshops and design reviews by identifying and following up risks and actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Experienced, proactive subsea systems engineer who takes ownership and solves technical challenges.
  • •Strong interest and experience in subsea facilities and SURF engineering.
  • •Relevant engineering degree and solid experience in subsea systems, facilities, and SURF engineering.
  • •Strong understanding of Norwegian standards and regulations; experience in field architecture and systems engineering valued.
  • •Previous experience on the Norwegian Continental Shelf strongly preferred; experience with modern digital tools for early-phase engineering beneficial.
