Lead Agile transformation and project governance for the Project River initiative, ensuring alignment between business objectives, the One Delivery Model operating framework, and delivery practices. Drive adoption of the Project River setup into a unified Agile Delivery Organization, coordinate across Distribution, Procurement, and Operations, and support integration of external engineering partners. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on prioritization, risks/dependencies, and sustainable delivery practices.
