Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of automotive F&I experience, preferably as an F&I Manager, Senior F&I Manager, or Finance Director.
  • •Proven track record of strong F&I performance, including finance penetration, product sales, PVR, and gross-profit results.
  • •Strong knowledge of automotive financing, leasing, lender programs, F&I products, and dealership compliance requirements.
  • •Demonstrated leadership ability, including experience hiring, training, coaching, and motivating F&I and sales teams.
  • •Ability to understand and act on dealership performance metrics with excellent communication, negotiation, and organization skills.
